データの削除について

このページは、MaoMeiLabsが提供するアプリ「お遍路みちしるべ」（以下「本アプリ」）で扱うデータの削除方法をご案内します。

1. アカウントについて

本アプリにはユーザー登録・ログイン機能がなく、アカウントを作成しません。そのため、削除するアカウントはありません。

2. 端末内のデータ（ご自身で削除できます）

訪問済み札所と訪問日、表示言語、テーマ、位置情報機能の設定は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーには保存されません。次のいずれかの方法で削除できます。

1. 端末の「設定」→「アプリ」→「お遍路みちしるべ」→「ストレージとキャッシュ」→「ストレージを消去」を選ぶ（項目名は端末により異なります）。
2. 本アプリをアンインストールする。

削除した巡礼記録は元に戻せません。

3. 利用状況・クラッシュ情報

• Firebase Crashlytics（クラッシュ・診断情報）：原則として90日間保持された後、Googleにより削除されます。
• Firebase Analytics（アプリの利用状況）：氏名やメールアドレスと結び付かない識別子のもとで保存され、Googleの定める保持期間の経過後に削除されます。
• アクセスログ：サーバーおよびホスティング事業者のログに一時的に記録され、一定期間の経過後に削除されます。

本アプリをアンインストールすると、以後これらの情報は収集されません。

4. 削除の依頼方法

上記3の情報について削除をご希望の場合は、次の連絡先までメールでご依頼ください。

ご依頼の内容を確認のうえ対応し、結果をメールでお知らせします。ただし、匿名または仮名化された識別子のみで保存され、特定の利用者との対応付けができない情報は、個別に特定・削除できない場合があります。また、法令上の義務、不正利用の防止またはセキュリティ確保のために必要な情報は、必要な期間保持する場合があります。

Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data handled by “Ohenro Michishirube” (the “App”), provided by MaoMeiLabs.

1. Accounts

The App has no user registration or login feature and does not create accounts. There is therefore no account to delete.

2. Data on Your Device (you can delete it yourself)

Visited temples and visit dates, display language, theme, and the location-feature setting are stored only on your device and are not stored on our servers. You can delete them in either of these ways:

1. On your device, open Settings → Apps → Ohenro Michishirube → Storage & cache → Clear storage (labels vary by device).
2. Uninstall the App.

Deleted pilgrimage records cannot be restored.

3. Usage and Crash Data

• Firebase Crashlytics (crash and diagnostic data): generally retained for 90 days and then deleted by Google.
• Firebase Analytics (app usage data): stored under identifiers that are not linked to your name or email address, and deleted after Google's retention period.
• Access logs: temporarily recorded in server and hosting-provider logs and deleted after a certain period.

Once you uninstall the App, this information is no longer collected.

4. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of the information described in Section 3, email us at:

We will review your request and notify you of the result by email. Information stored only under anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers may not be individually identifiable or deletable if it cannot be associated with a specific user. Information that we need for legal obligations, abuse prevention, or security may be retained for as long as necessary.
